"Park in the Rain" is painting that was ordered by my first client (a family friend of course XD) and it was a quite ambitious thing to do. Mostly because the pictures client sent me were paintings of late Leonid Afremov and his works show his mastery of colour. I'm second year at the Academy of Fine Arts and I haven't even taken brush in hand regarding academic painting skill. I will in about a week since the second year is starting at 1st October.

Anyway, it was a challenge, mostly because of Impressionism, a style I never tried out. So yes, I got myself in quite a mess and had multiple breakdowns, but in the end, I finished it. The client picked it up two hours ago and she is very happy, so I am happy. I am also happy I got the chance to work on such big canvas and try out something new.
