The misty forest... i love it very much. Imagine if i can walk barefooted on the damp dirt, smelling forest scent, listening to bird song, such a piece of heaven, isn't it?

I'm curious what about this shot is unsatisfactory in your mind, Nelleke? It is an "atmosphere" shot - evoking place rather than object, where the viewer is put into an environment rather than asked to focus on a subject, and viewer positioning is your specialty.
Maybe it's the colors? I think if you had post-processed it into blue or red or purple or even green, it would've seemed otherworldly and dreamy, and this shot would lose its solemnity and seriousness. This coloring doesn't necessarily give a sense of foreboding, but the viewer is inclined to believe this is a real place on earth. And by keeping it brown instead of gray, sadness is avoided and replaced with a neutral sense of solitude.
The little flowers in the foreground give just enough a sense of life and hope, that this place remains welcoming even if very mysterious. I get the sense that a unicorn could have trodded the path, it's not just a walkway for humans.
One subtlety most viewers might miss is the tree on the right edge of the frame. By placing the darkness of its silhouette along the edge, rather than showing more woods on the right side of it, you have closed in the viewer by limiting the space he thinks he's in. The tree on that side could just as easily be seen as the wall of a tunnel from which the viewer is emerging, opening up to a hidden pond in a forest that only faeries know about. And even more ethereal is the fact that the ground slopes away and down from the path along the right-hand side, so the pond is obviously not at the bottom of the hill, which is even more unusual.
So you don't see the magic in this place? What would do to change it?

I think you should be satisfied with it; however, my suggestion is to see what it looks like in black and white. It looks like it might make an excellent black and white image.
