First off, it's not too shabby! The thing that stands out the most to me is the colouring, the shading is detailed and the blending fades nicely, most noticeably on the skin. One thing that needs work is the anatomy, the eyes are far apart and the nose is offset and unnatural and the lips don't really fit on the face.
The folds and flow of her hoodie don't exactly fit, it just doesn't look right. The way the cloth lays on the body is not natural. The shoulders are too small, not reflective of a real human. Her posture is very stiff, drawing more active poses make it more eye catching and dare I say, natural.
All of these issues are easily fixable, and I would recommend using a reference. Basic anatomy seems boring to practice, but it can make your drawings go from meh to wow! So basically the colouring is really beautiful (the hair has a nice ombre colour and the skin is bright, not shaded with a lot of blacks which is vibrant and pretty to look at) and you should use a reference for drawing the body and face. Good luck on future drawings!

Hello! I'm here to critique your lovely piece^^ (First critique ever lol nervous)
So- the first thing that captured my eye is the clothing, it looks a little odd, some folds seem like they were just set randomly, which makes it look a little unnatural.
Then, the eyes. They look a little bit too far away for human anatomy, though I don't see any other flaws in this field.
sta.sh/01qqjsdr5c64 <- (I hope u don't mind ;v;
Third, the hair. I like the colors you chose for the persons hair. they blend together very well and are pleasant for the eye. Then the anatomy. The flowing hair looks a little unnatural for me, I think it wouldn't just go straight from the side.
sta.sh/01lgdpx3evsw <- didn't know how to say it e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="402" title=" (Blank Stare)"/>
Then to the shading, you did good, it's visible where the light is coming from, but I think you could make it a little darker at some places I've marked a a few.

I hope I was able to help you a bit ^^ Keep improving dear! <3

I like the hair, skin, and eye colouring, as well as the blur in the background. I agree the eyes might be a little too far apart for real anatomy but its fine for a more stylized, Disney-ish approach xD. I'm a bit confused by the folds on the hood. I like the shirt and hoodie, nice choice of colours.and I like the lips.
