It's a very beautiful face, and I would have loved to use it for one of my models, but the eye facials are all messed up and I have no idea how to fix them.

It's ok. I'd try and fix the facials myself, but every time I've ever tried to fix a facial, I've just made it worse, so I just leave facials alone unless I'm making brand new ones.
I tried to merge faces once. I made the mistake of trying to merge a male face and female one-- Let's just say that it didn't end well- >>;;
