Some more practice, didn't take very long.This guy is Leviathor, dragon/flying pseudo-legendary final stage.
This guy's just a concept at the moment, design will probably change down the track.

i love anakomb's reference to the superman colors haha makes me smile. definitely a powerful design at such an early stage of development. i'm not sure there's much i would suggest changing or adding.. just keep working with the body shape, mainly in the hands and legs. legendaries, especially dragons, have very toned and defined body structures. i can't wait to see the final result.

Rule one of psuedos.They always have a blue stage.And you got that down.When I look at this guy,I see a dragon+griffin.That's pretty cool!
