As per a theory by Arimus79 , I now think that the Planets have the ability to take different human forms for each following new generation and thus becoming Prince Consorts to the current ruling Queens.Here is Queen Serenity with her husband, the Moon in his current human form, and their daughter Princess Serentity, who will be reborn as Sailor Moon in the future
