I really like the assertiveness of the model in this picture, from her pose down to the piercing blue of her eyes. The way you kept this image simple really lets those things shine through without any complications to get in the way.
Nice composition! You included just enough of the aforementioned pose to suggest the rest of her posture while keeping the image honed in and concentrated. You may have lost some of the intensity in a composition that wasn't as tight.
The lighting is great in this picture, too. You struck a great balance between softness and definition.
Overall, a wonderful portrait!
