Drawing his original costume is exhausting so I cheated a little. Period clothing has always been something I've enjoyed doing, but this was particularly difficult as I was looking for period clothing from Hungary at the turn of the seventeenth century. And wouldn't you know it, there's almost no art surviving from that period!
