rofl *sucks at coming up with titles* =3=;;The background was going to be more detailed, but it started to look too complicated and ugly, so I kept it simple >_>;; Done completely in Painter except for the sketch... and that's about it oDo;

whaa!! sugoi!! it's really cute^^ and nicely drawn too^^ the background's fine.... no need for further details.... mmm.... i dunno, maybe just the wires on the top could be a bit less messy... you know, we don't want them to get all tangled up, and there'll be a power a shortage, and then the traffic lights won't work, and people would die! all because of those wires!! tiss tiss tiss^.~
mmm... and back to the painting: the drawing's good, the painiting's good, the shading's good, the folds're good.... but if you're really looking for something to improve you can always change the vein on the neck.... personally i think it's a bit too long... but with these kind of things it's usually just me^_^
