Inspired by this:Give the guy credit, it was an awesome idea! ;- )
I noticed this new tendency of Nintendo right away when I first heard the rumors of the girl being the Master Sword, but I needed confirmation, in order to make the comic. Now that the rumor WAS confirmed, I could finally do it.
If you don't get the joke:
Meet Maka (Points at Window). From the Anime "Soul Eater":

In her world, there are people who can transform into weapons. In fact, the scythe she is wielding is a actually a human boy as well. Some pseudo-coolness-trendsetter called "Soul Eater Evens" (Yeah, some parents were actually cruel enough to name their kid that).
So yeah, you see where I'm going with this...
Incidentally, there's also a Fananimation of the Opening, featuring SSBB Characters. TP Zelda is Maka and TP Link is Soul.
Eh, close enough.
Does anybody have a fairy for Toon Link? I think he's gonna need it.

Funny.
Eh, Skyward Sword can get away with it because a) it's a common concept in East Asian folklore (weapons, especially swords, having spirits), and b) Soul Eater wasn't the first manga to use the concept, Okubo merely expanded on the idea by having the scythes in question be actual people, rather than the embodiment of the weapon's essence.
I sort of noticed the similarity between Alphonse and the possessed armor while playing Spirit Tracks, but its not like possessed armor is an uncommon sight in LoZ anyway. It's just that in this game the armor works for you.

A month later I had watched FMA, and somehow came back here.

The rumor wasn't confirmed,it was only confimed to be untrue.The Master Sword doesn't even show up in the game.

Was confirmed in a demo, not the first, in the dugeon, when you get the bettle(update) she appears not like in soul, a light comes from the sword and she looks more different, and talks like a computer.

I guess you didn't read the Roundtable Interview from E3, did you? The rumor was confirmed, and the Skyward Sword, now officially confirmed to be a pre-form of the Master Sword, is featured big and obvious on every single of the three artworks which have been released of SS Link. It looks pretty much identical to the "Finanlized" Master Sword.
I quote Aonuma himself:
"This is the artwork that we revealed last year and you can see that mysterious figure there behind Link. That is the Skyward Sword. When the Skyward Sword is giving Link help or advice or leading him it will transform and take on this appearance.
Now I think all of you may have suspected this, but this sword [points to the sword Link is wielding in the demo] is the Master Sword. So what exactly is the Skyward Sword? I think that's something you all have hopefully imagined for yourselves [laughs]! Okay, well I'll go ahead and just tell you straight out. The Skyward Sword becomes the Master Sword."

Whoa,that's weird.I read on the trailer posted on YouTube that Adele(the proper romanization of Aderu)barely shows up in the game,is NOT the Master Sword,and that the sword isn't in the game.Guess I was wrong.
