this happens when I try to draw something serious about Warden, simply I can't do it... I can drawing serious Warden just when he's a Baby 
anyway, this is so simple.... but I hope you like it 
I can't wait anymore! I really need watch season 3!!

...except it's drawn with his regular outfit and cane. i mean, even his hand pose is exactly the same, it's just tipping his hat instead of holding a flower... it's waaaayyyy too coincidental for me since i did the doodle and pose straight outta my noggin and not from a screencap. artists are always using other artists as inspiration, but -fan art- of course, are pieces that are direct derivatives of an existing fictive creation and by artists univolved with the original works. Right? So it's copycatting on purpose and that's well legit - it's universally common to use source material/official art as a starting point for a fan art piece, and actually very important as a reference point for an artist practicing to draw as on-model as the pros.
THAT BEING SAID: DON'T use other fan artist's work.
use the original work to come up with your own fan-art. that's what fan-art is. i'd never want to just re-hash a fan art, it's embarrassing if you can't come up with your own ideas/scenarios when that's one of the few bits you can set your imagination freely to with fan art. And look- If you didn't copy the pose from my piece, then somehow, against like a three-billion-to-one odds that you would imagine the VERY SAME pose that i saw inside my brain three months prior, sit down and draw it, and then decide to post it to deviant art JUST LIKE I DID three months prior then i guess it just happens to be a weird coincidence! ...yeah right. i can't even give ya cryptomnesia with a three month interval. i guess alls fair in fan art, and my notions are a byproduct of my slightly useless and incredibly antiquated university fine art degree. fuck artistic integrity man, it's fucking DA not the moma. And it's just fan art for god's sake... I really should just put a sock in any integrity nonsense right at the door or not step through it at all. So. Calling you out for copycatting. But calling myself a snobby prick for doing so. Figure it all evens out.
