She stopped half-way when she noticed her items in a basket. Irkit padded towards her when her mother gave the basket to Alma. "M-Mom? What are you doing?" The parent jumped. "O-Oh! Uh..Just dropping your stuff off, Turns out i'm heading out this week for-" "Here's the papers for the adoption, Rocky! I'm sorry you couldn't connect with- Oh, Hello Irkit!" Alma cheerfully greeted the wyngling, Handing Rocky the adoption papers for a wyngling. Irkit looked at the red wyngro and the papers. "Mom? What's going on? What does Alma mean by 'couldn't connect with'?" Alma hopped away to retrieve the newly-adopted wyngling as Rocky kneeled. "I'm sorry, You just..You just look so much like your father.."

Her ear-nubs perked when she noticed something familiar in the basket, That 'something' was her father's scarf. She quickly snatched it from her basket, Holding onto it like her life depended on it. Alma poked her head in to make sure the wynglings were alright, Smiling a bit when she noticed the green wyngling asleep with the scarf.
