Activate only if you control at least 1 "Red Lightning" or "Neo" monster. When 1 "Red Lightning" monster you control is destroyed and sent to the GY: Activate 1 of these effects.
●Banish 1 "Red Lightning" monster from your GY. 1 "Neo" monster you control gains half the ATK and the effects of the Banished monster.
●When 1 "Neo" monster you control is destroyed and sent to the GY: Banish it. Then Special Summon 1 "Sailor Jupiter" from your hand, Deck or GY.
