i took a different approach on this one.. i isolated the facial area.. stipped the context of knowing the previous image away. the journey from left to right was all i was left with, over contours of light and dark.. the shared common facotr of course is the eyes.. even if you just use your hand up above to cover one side of the face then the other.. the light side is hopeful with an air of high possibility.. the darker side 'broods' almost.. in the shadows.. waiting, thinking, wondering..
course im translating this into an adult scenario, but its very interesting to see that same eye in two different settings and how it looks happy one side and so deep and silent on the other.
well done. i think your foray into photography was a success!
