No he is the unbound form of Infinimon. Infinimon Unbound. This is Infinimon at 100% power capacity. The one glowing in Green is Infinimon and he is a Jogress of NAA and NKD The two to the left and right of him.

It's amazingly cool! But it lacks text and the stories' logo! I hope you'd add them, would make it look even more epic!
