And it was not "poison", the goblins weapons are stained with feces (yes, with shit).

Magic in that setting isn't something you just learn from a book. In the case of holy magic users, their deities grant them new powers as they level. So she couldn't have known 'cure poison' or whichever spell that would require. Additionally the party underestimated the opponent and didn't prepare themselves. You cant expect the healer to play nurse to everyone at the same time, especially when their spell casts are limited.
