Here's the first ref for the OCs (sorta) of Hero: 108 The Search For Lin Chung. This is Jinhai, once known as Emperor Le Kao. After he was exiled from his own kingdom, he has since started a new life as a loner living in the bamboo forest. He is an existing character in the Hero: 108 Origins comic, but has little to no backstory and is never brought up in the show. So I brought him back and gave him one. He doesn't really know much about what happened after HighRoller's overthrow, so throughout the story he is updated on Big Green's efforts in taking him down, he tries not to think about it too much.

"He was born into royalty and was always destined to be Hidden Kingdom’s Emperor, until his court Jester forcefully overthrew him. Both of his parents, the previous Empress and her husband died in a previous overthrow from the bears. However he and his army of humans were able to reclaim the throne before the bears did. After being successfully removed from his kingdom, he went on a journey to discover himself as a new person removed from royalty. He learned to accept that what has happened to him was meant to be and to appreciate life and all of its wonders. He knew Wu Kong for many years as the humans and monkeys always had a good relationship, and is happy to see that he is now leading the new Human-Animal Republic. He joins Wu Kong and the former First Squad in search for Lin Chung as he is updated on Big Green’s efforts in defeating HighRoller, his former Jester. He moved to the bamboo forest and learned to farm, play guitar, and take life easy. Joining Wu Kong led to the evolution of his past relationships and brought excitement in a new adventure for him."
