Happy week before Christmas Eve, everyone!
I thought I’d make a little “in-universe” explanation comic for delaying the special… AGAIN.
As I mentioned in the most recent part, I decided to split the special into two halves with the second half coming out next December. The original plan was to make the special 5 parts in total with part 4 being posted on Christmas Eve and the final part on either New Years or in early January. Problem was, while I was story boarding part 4, I realized that I just couldn’t wrap up the whole special in just 20 or so pages. Sure, I could just work on it into January, but I felt it better to just delay the rest of the special to next year. After all, Chao of Duty, the episode of the Hatena series that this special is a kinda sorta sequel to, was ALSO split into two halves so it's not the end of the world or anything like that. Plus, it gives me a chance to flesh out the ending which I felt was a bit rushed when I wrote it.
I plan on making some Holiday related stuff before the season’s over, so again, keep an eye open for that.
