This piece sings clearly to me. Within the confines of his broken mind; the construct of his legacy has been shattered. Sonichu is no more and he's finally either waking up or fading further into the dream.

Chris-chan's mental development seems to cease around highschool, before this he seems like any other child, but during this crucial period of self-discovery, something went wrong. The characteristic obsession he bears toward sonic and pokemon seems to become more overt, more outward.
Sometime during highschool, he began to don the protective vestments of his heroes. wearing pokemon clothing and the like, he smiles less in pictures, stands away from his family in the photos. a sense of shame, sorrow, and incomprehension graces his features in those moments, he is aware that something is amiss, but he doesn't know what that means. He is beginning to withdraw from reality, he is separated somehow from society, and he knows it on some level, knows that he is different, and not in a good way.
His early childhood is a good one, filled with pleasant memories, his smile is genuine, full of hope. His family takes pictures of memories he no doubt cherishes now, when he got his first game from his parents, when he stood inside the mall during a winder day clutching a sonic doll in his hand. All throughout this is period of infancy are Sonic games, Pokemon memorabilia, Legoes sets. It was a period of his life when he was loved, accepted. When he felt normal.
Something inside chris died in those high-school years, he didn't have the strength to face the world rejecting him, and he rejected the world, and reality in turn. crafting himself talismans of things that reminded him of when he was a happier person, when he was safe from prying eyes and mocking laughter. In some moment of mania he crafted himself his first Sonichu talisman, a combination of his most cherished things tied to his most cherished memories. this is where chris dies, and chris-chan as we know him begins.
His stunted growth spreading like rot into psychosis. dim-witted but aware enough to know something is broken. Chris traded his innocence away for self-loathing, and insanity. now when I look at him, I feel a general sense of unease, to witness someone so utterly broken, knowing we had a part in ruining him. He will never recover, chris will always remain chris-chan until the day he dies.

Just a reference to his rage whenever someone uses "his" character without permission; what was funny was in one of Chris's videos, he made a Sonichu in the snow and a little "(c)" on the side of it. His over-protection of that little copyright infringement is hilarious.
Also, do you read the actual comic in its raw form or with Vivian's audiobooks?
