Worse, I think the teleport in question is one of Jail's experiment, and that it has been used by the future self of Mad Scientists to send back Vivio and Einhart (thus prompting his past self into making/completing the device. Yes, Time Travels cause headaches).
In this case I think we need to say "like daughter, like mother".
In a now-defunct quest I ran on SB (called Battleworld Tales) I had a TSAB techies (scared to hell by Momoko, Lindy and Signum sharpening katanas as a _relaxing exercis_) said to said mama that she had roughly the same potential as Nanoha has pre-first usage of Raising Heart.
