Desert Stuka: spawn models/vehicles/stuka-desert.tik
MG42: spawn models/statweapons/mg42_gun.tik
Submarine: spawn models/vehicles/uboat.tik
German Dog: spawn models/animals/german_sheperd.tik
Something more: The german dog is on the screen, you just look closer (near the MG42).
