Yeah sure that's really worth mentioning after the artist already drew the picture. The artist drew both of them as girls (or Bonnie is at the very least androgynous), Chica's chest is really pronounced for what you perceive as a boy.
The artist is the one that can decide which gender they want to draw for fictional characters.

The only flaw I have with this one is the lack of mechanical features on the mascots. There's nothing I can see that identifies them as animatronics. Other than that, it's nicely creepy.
