The really sad thing is that they all seem to have some kind of family relation to their rivals. Kuja is (out of technicallity) Zidane's older brother and Sephiroth is some kinda odd clone of Cloud... IDK, I never played FFVII before;_;

while theses are humorous, I think they're a bit out of character. Kuja's arrogance is like a big part in his personality so it feels like something's missing.
Aside from that, continuation ideas I'd find fun are:
- They should argue who's the strongest & fight each other; Kuja knocks Sephiroth down (but thinks he's unconscious) and begins to taunt only to be hit by ultima or some magic spell. XD
- somehow Sephiroth is caught offguard by Kuja and is put to sleep : D
- Sephiroth deliberately tempts Kuja to steal his Masamune (by leaving it unattended where Kuja can find it) and there's a barrier around it
These are idea for longer comics than what you've done so far, but they'd be fun to read. : P

You know...(FFIX SPOILER) Kuja was never really beaten by the party, he Ultima'd them into oblivion before they could finish him off, so technically he is undefeated. (END SPOILER)

actually you could technically go even further with kuja's prowess. The party he fights against had 4 members not 3 unlike sephiroth. And when the final blow was dealt to kuja he does kill the party with ultima, it is in their death they meet necron. Later Kuja still alive after the party kills necron still has the strength to magic them back from death.
