Couldn't think of any better names to call this type of thing, so I came up with "scarf-glove hat".
This is based on some hats I've been seen at the store lately: Hats that have a character or animal's face on it and ties that double as a scarf or gloves.
Another similar item is scoodie, a hooded scarf. But this is basically a modified fleece hat, so I wouldn't consider this one a scoodie.

As you can clearly see, it is designed to look like Jenny from My Life as a Teenage Robot. It has cute stuffed ponytails with button bolts, and the face is fabric painted.
I wanted to make both sides of the ties white at first, but I didn't have enough white. I think it looks better this way, with more blue.
The ties are 24.5" long. I wish I could've made them a LITTLE longer.
