ooooh! this one is my favorite of your eastern dragons. he inspired a rainbow dragon "queen" for my story and i was very pleased with her. unlike him, she has wings and looks similar to a western dragon. like him, i find the sash to be a nice touch concerning dragons of high status.

I love the way this flows so nicely; all the way from the tail to the whiskers and cloth. A lit of eastern dragons I've seen don't look fierce at wall they look like a cross between slinkys and challenged lions. This most certainly doesn't.
I've loved dragons ever since I got a how to draw and paint dragons kit in sixth grade. I'd like to thank you because a lot of how I draw now came from that little book. Especially some explanations like why this does work and that doesn't work. That was about five years ago and even now I still use some of the fundamentals I learned from that kit, in both drawing and painting class.
