Name: Violet [ last name never revealed.]
So why blue & red? Why didn't I just make her wear purple? Well that's too easy xD. It's a bit cliche =3 xP. Though nothing wrong with doing that=3 [I did that for Plum =x / Ume]
Well 2 reasons.
violet = synonym for purple
blue + red = purple xD
also, when i heard violet i thought "roses are red, violets are blue." red and blue =3.
violets are flowers that symbolize faithfulness and happiness.
So you can imagine her personality shows that. cheery and loyal; friendly.
The barcode on her outfit represents the feeling of being ignored; she has many siblings and doesn't stand out too much. [Barcode because it's like everything has a barcode and to a computer, a million different things in a store wont really stand out; there's just numbers to be scanned ]

The last thing I have to add is, if she's a loyal, friendly, happy person, why doesn't she look happy? xD she looks more like the silent type, right? =] well she's both. She's really shy and tends to stay quiet most often. Because of so many siblings, she's used to fitting into the background, and so she has a habbit of staying quiet because of that. But after a while, it becomes apparent how compassionate she can be, so once you become friends you start to know that looks are decieving. xD
