A new event idea for The-Neonverse

During the first arc of Genesis Hero's Path, Collin and some of the Genesis Team soon heard from U.L.T.R.A. of a mysterious spider-powered masked vigilante fighting criminals across the city as they eventually encounter him during a fight against one of their enemies as he soon jumped in which the distraction soon gave Collin an opening to defeat them. Afterwards, he soon asked the young spider-hero who he was, soon taking of his mask as he revealed his name being Bailey Briggs. Surprised that a young spider-hero like him managed to fight crime in the city and how eager he was willing to join, Collin didn't want to leave the kid out as he soon made him a new member to the team.
