He's a Reptilian monster Angelina had fought in her past who seeks to take over the Dimensional Kingdom and its magic through various means. With his army of monsters, Lucien becomes a problem for Devon and Magina, and by extent one of his' greater foes, as he seeks Magina's royal wand for an unknown but nefarious purpose involving his conquest.
