I like how angular the shoulders and face are drawn, and how well it contrasts against the smoother lineart of the gloves, glasses, eyes and so on.
I have some suggestions such as the hands, which are too small compared to the rest of the body. I also suggest that you add more defining shadows to the clothes, neck, etc. It would make the colors and lineart pop out! Also, you could try experiment with different thicknesses for the lineart, which can add more bold features.
Consider where the wrinkles would be placed on his coat and reflection from the light on his eyes and glasses. And dont be afraid to experiment with different colors of shadows too!
TLDR: Consider different colors for shadows and dont forget to highlight parts of his body and clothes to create an impactful boldness which will work well with this style!

This looks AWESOME! I agree with the person who said his hand looks a little small, and the lines on his face might be a bit too harsh but that is more a matter of style! Keep up the good work

And yeah, the hands did look a bit off while I was sketching them. (I just thought it was my inability to draw good hands, not the size XD)
