Description: Prior to his dismissal, Julius Virtuous use to serve under the Order of Aegis, an organization created to be the new face of law and order, protecting the citizens from the new faces of various crimes. However, Julius pushed his luck too far when he refuse to stand down during a hostage crisis and took matters into his own hands, leading to a disastrous outcome and his removal from his position as an officer. Since then, though, he began to operate independently as a one-man hit squad to dispense his own law and order, putting everyone's lives at stakes, along with several criminals that wants his head.
