Having known the music industry through her father and grandfather, Matilda Dominion takes great pride in the record label's history, ensuring that the company continues to produce one hit after another, making names out of potential musicians who has what it takes, especially those that can leave an impression on her. While at times she can be strict and ruthless, she ultimately wants them to be better during the long and tumultuous road ahead, knowing full well that time can change everything and whether they want to hear it or not, Matilda will make a few legit points for them to at least understand what they're getting themselves into, for their sake.
