One more villain after this one but for the moment, here is Quinn, another death row inmate who is consider crazy and dangerous even among her fellow inmates and her mere presence is enough to scare them into intimidation. Here is her background:

Appearance: She is tall and lanky, has wild red-violet hair and light pink skin tone, wears a sinister looking mask on her face that shows off her purple eyes, a black choker necklace on her neck, dark red shirt, elbow pads, grey gauntlets, a belt with a skull buckle, crimson pants, knee pads and grey greaves.
Weapon: Bloody-A whip-axe with the blade so sharp, that it can slice off a person's head with a quick second, without said person realizing it before it's too late. It is also can reach to any targets with frightening speed, making it difficult to block any oncoming attacks.
Description: Another death row inmate deep within the bowels of the Jackdaw, Quinn was sentenced to death for her excessive cruelty in Fortress, slaughtering hundred of people for no reason than for her sheer enjoyment. Kept under lock and key for the rest of her sentence, Quinn abides the opportunity to get another chance of getting to kill more people than she can ever imagine.
