Abilities:Lowlife-A vial that contains rat DNA, it transformers the individual into an anthro rat, though their strength, speed and endurance are slightly tweaked to make them as strong as the average person and as such, is hardly useful in a fight, but more handy for anyone who can try to be stealthy.
