I use sai- so idk if they'd translate into photoshop or other programs, but if u have sai then ye they are:

For lineart i use the Brush tool, at about 5px, minimum size 0, with like 0 blending nd really low persistence and dilution?? I think?? I also fuck around with advanced settings a little and i use 0% smoothening (generally I go for "fastest" brush settings)
And for shading i use a marker tool, 0 blending and about 30-40 minimum size nd persistence the same ish
I also put the shadong on a layer that has a watercolour/idk default effect thing on nd make it multiply to get the outline going
