In this AU marines are demon hunters/exorcists and pirates are demons most looking for the King of demon's treasure and some terrorize human lives to rule the above world. Also there are arch angels that help the demon hunters track down the demons.

Okami Ying is the moon demon a wolf like looking demon who is summoned on a full moon she would offer element moon stones of your choice on whatever reason you need them for and the power of walking on water as she can. In return for your soul she would give you 4 days to complete your task if failed she would steal your eyes and place moon stones in their place.

She is part of the StrawHat demons.
