This is a sprite I've made of Konata.exe (An ".exe" version of Konata Izumi from Lucky Star) in her summer uniform, Which is the school uniform she wears during the summer, I've made it with MS Paint.Konata.exe belongs to Joey Slikk (Me)

The whole ".EXE" thing is kinda over done and bland nowadays, but the drawing itself it's horrible, I would just suggest not using MS Paint for art, it's really not the best.
I use the program Paint Tool Sai, but keep practicing, I would also suggest drawing in Lucky Star's art-Style, rather than using your own art-style. For Practice at least.
Also, Practice on Hair; Because that looks like a Chinese Bootleg Konata.
