They are not that hard to make. you need a old gas handle pump to start for the base. ebay is a good place to start

This is beautiful. She is a wonderful little sis! I have a random question though, if you were to make an adam syringe that was designed for a big sis how would you construct it to be able to attach it to your arm?

Going from memory, basically PVC piping , clear containers for the Adam reservoir and leather straps with a wood backing to a attach it too the arm. But that from what I remember, it I was commissioned to make one I have a ton a references to work from.
