many animations do that substyle of animation, it's a style when you draw the body three or more times in a standing, or sitting pose. can even be done walking if you want it to be done head on...

Yes, especially if your willing to put patience and effort to it. Even though I'm still trying to learn it (at least either next year or whenever) I do know it is extremely difficult.

You can do it on photoshop, your limit is the use of it...
If you export it in gif, then you'd just get a 10 frame per second animation... if you export the frames themselves at around 16 frames per second, then you can just dump it on to Windows Movie Maker, then export it into video, THEN you have to dump it into movie maker AGAIN and double the frame rate... making it truly a 16 frame per second film...

then save up money to get it, or to just draw the frames down on paper and scan them into the computer- make sure that it's drawn with ink on tracing paper... and have a painted background or some stock images to use also...
