Just inspired from T.A.T.U. song "All the things she said". Converting into some Hey-Arnold characters, Rhonda "Julia" Volkova and Lila "Lena" Katina. Imagine Lila's hair without a green-tie, it becomes wavy.
These two have very perfect appearance similarities. My friend firstly drew the HA-TATU piccy a long time ago. and so here's my version of the pic. When there's rain, the "wet-look artskillz" sometimes hard for me to draw... not really that good at all. It's so cute when Lila blushes ^^ I think Rhonda might felt a lil' bit drunk... um... kissing.. yeah.

XD For a girl, I think it's kind of peculiar that I LOVE t.A.T.u. with a passion - doesn't mean I'm like them in that sense. Anywho, it's an odd couple, though it could work with the hair colors.
