Anya is watching night of the city, the busy people pass by and whatever she is thinking is her secret to keep.
This is Lumenen, the city where mine and many of my friends characters live on the planet Luceiry. Lumenen is one of the biggest cities, it's massive, layered, country sized, and it consists of many smaller parts.

Her muzzle says dog, but her tail suggests feline heritage?

In Luceiry, the same species as our world has do not exsist, so there are no 'cats' and 'dogs' - they have their very own species instead. Although the muzzle is way too long in this picture in the first place and so is the tail a bit too small, as the sketch is not by me (but it'd be rude to change it).
Her species is primarly a Lupaine, they are a canine-like race that's like a mix of dogs and foxes but with a rather short muzzle for a canine (there's no species with a very long wolflike muzzle in the world...), but her secondary race is a lyxine, that's like small wildcats with very colourful fur patterns and long fur (that's how Anya has cyans and purples!).
Her ears are supposed to be fluffed up but cat-like, only missing out the tuft that lyxines have because of the lupaine genes in her.
Her tail is longish and fluffy, lyxine tails are super long and super fluffy, but the lupaine gene makes the tail less long and less fluffy, eventhough it's still pretty fluffy!
Her muzzle is like a slightly longer feline muzzle with a fox-like nose, I know that in this picture it doesn't look like that at all - but it's Erinkitty's style of drawing muzzles.

My track was that she possessed a thin and sleek tail. A feature common on cats.
I was actually was asking if she was a hybrid.

Well, all luceirians are all 'hybrids' between the races they have in the world, they don't have purebreeds (at the present time) - but for clarification the characters are marked with one primary race and a secondary race that they represent (sometimes even a tertiary race) - since that also affects their health and personality. Her tail isn't actually sleek, it's got fairly long fur that's compareable to foxes, but the shape of the tail is more cat-like instead - as I said this picture doesn't really do justice to her build but it's a cause of the style.
