Is it hard to use photoshop? I'm only asking because I use sumo paint 2.2, i'm downloading photoshop now.

Nah I don't think so now. (I have used it for several years) But just like anything, it takes some time getting used to. And if you're using the program for drawing, I am highly recommending some sort of tablet. Drawing will get so much easier! I hope you will enjoy Photoshop!
