Nothing won't be like it was...----
What will be this new law? No more prologues, Ill get sick if I can't submit real pages soon! D: And here's the rules too~
RULES:
1. If pokemon faints, it's dead!
- Box it 4ever
- If STARTER dies, it's GAME OVER!
2. You can box only 3 living pokemon
- One salve pokemon is allowed (Slave= pokemon, who will get those crappy HMs like cut and can not be used in any battle!)
3. Nickname 'em all
4. Catch one pokemon per Route (if I have 6 team members and 3 in box, I can't catch anything!)
5. Potions only in boss battles
- status healers are allowed (i.e Lava cookies) whenever they are needed
6. NO LEGENDS

Uh... I know my Brother's played Emerald, but I haven't, so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of game-based story...

Emerald is like Ruby/sapphire smashed together with some changes.
But in this run, knowing the story of the games isn't really necessary.

haha, the concept is harder than it looks like XD
some problems with storytelling would be WHY pkmn can/want to be trainers and how they deal with the fact they are capturing other pokemon against their will to battle until dead. (< these are only a few questions that you must think through).
Of course, if you use the trick that everyone is pokemon then only question is why they risk their lives willingly (or not) in a league challenge.

I didn't find them that hard although this was my first nuzlocke ever.
may is a bitch to me when I pick up treecko (all the time then). Combusken is hard to defeat without water type...

well it was for me i lost most of my team exption of Zaga my lingoon (who later on was killed by groundon) and Neji my nuzleaf (who replaced chika,my starter and went on to be part of my elite team) May you rest in peace Chika , zaga and all the other pokemon i lost during my nuzlocke except for silkie the beatifly and castform i hated those two so much i killed them off on purpose.

eh silkie was the first pokemon i lost and she died right after the first gym besides she was my weakest pokemon at the time and didn't have an emotional effect on me, much unlike chika.....wierd thing i've done two nuzlockes (ruby and gold) and the most emotional death on my team on both was a female bird pokemon in their second stage (gold it was a pidgiotto named Miss) and both were killed by my rival....as for castform i just got freaking lazy and killed it off , didn't even bother giving it a back story it was that useless.

oh, love the notion with the wallace usurping, always found the change peculiar and Steven seemed like the more suited champion, something had to have happened to dethrone him between rub/sapphire and emerald. digging the crazy smile you gave wallace here too

HELL YEAH! I mean, come on. Steel type champ was always more awesome than water-type champ. But 'cause Hoenn is the Region of the seas... it kind of suits. But I personally like Steven more than Wallace.
And yeah, the change was odd so I decided to tell why it changed.

I know water type champ makes more sense given how half the hoenn map is tons of water routes, but still, Steven made a better champion personality and team wise, steel types are a lot harder to fight than water types.
