I come from a family with 7 kids and I can state that you are very accurate, I myself am a rather introverted person,but my brother, the child, feels the need for constant attention I am the forth, a middle child and often get ignored, (which is fine by me, I get more freedom that way), but my brother is NOT okay with being ignored, and often strikes out when he is. He tries to gain attention by acting different then the rest of us, asking for things often, and just generally standing out more

In reference to the Zoo part.
Starscream's Mother: He'll be back! Crying for his mommy, just like that Christmas break when I moved and forgot to give the boarding school my new address. (My OC Vanessa gasps) I mean he rode the train all the way into town he couldn't pick up a phone book!? (Vanessa gasps, horrified) 9 years old and crying for his mommy in that Police Station like a little girl! What does That tell you?

OH LORD, Knockout killing I can see how much worse it would be for his vanity if he were human. XD the fact that he is freaking out over seeing a white hair says it all. Lmao. As for SS bitching I think he found his balance tune out some but still listen until something he can contribute on comes by. I'm not sure if KO would want kids, due to his good looks and his fancy clothing, or perhaps he does for that same reason. Like some parents use their kids as dress up dolls, KO would provably do the same but teaching them to have style.

KO wanting kids is merely an extension of my Humanverse KO's background: he comes from a very big family. Neither KO and Starscream gets kids in the end though. For the best, I'd say; any children who are raised by those two are doomed.

This is soooo awesome. You pictured their characters successful. KO looks so elegant and evil but SS a bit grumpy and tired. I fascinated by them two. And I really like your drawing style, it's magnificent!

I emphasize how very unhealthy this relationship is. Part of the reason why KO sticks with Starscream is because he's a giant ball of mess from having a shitty childhood. Being the doctor, he wants to "heal" Starscream of his pain and tries to be his emotional support. Honestly, I hesitant to say if it's love, more like "these two made the best of what they got/only have each other" situation. At no point do any of these guys say they love one another. Well, except maybe the tail end when KO says to Starscream seconds before SS shoots him dead.

Saying it's love isn't saying it's healthy. My read on this- you can correct me if I'm wrong, because obviously you know the ultimate answer- is that KO is putting up with this shit with a smile because he's deluded it's worth it and that might be love from him.

Yes, that's likely the closest I can say for how KO feels, but I'm not entirely sure if it is still love. Like you proposed, he may think it is, but I keep it fairly ambiguous all things considered (and part of that is because I'm still working out the kinks between these two). Actually, I think I settled it down to something Knock Out realizes the moment before Starscream shoots him. Maybe. I don't know, still working.

Also, Starscream kills Knock Out because by that point, KO was ready to walk out of his life. SS did not appreciate his prized possession exiting stage left.

Okay, I read this whole thing without reading the artist comments first. I thought "Hmm, Starscream seems to be doing quite a bit of whining..." and then I realized yes, Starscream complains about everything and Knockout has the finesse to deal with his beau's disparaging comments. Primus, Neo, your couple comics are ADORABLE.

Knock Out and Starscream's relationship is not in any way healthy. Starscream alternates between apathy over Knock Out, then suddenly getting possessive over him like a kid and his security blanket. Knock Out sticks with Starscream because a part of it is pity and a desire to heal his issues like any good doctor. Between the two, it's oddly Knock Out who may be the closest to loving Starscream, but sadly, at no point do either of these guys ever say "I love you" to each other. They just found a way to make it work it, but it's something normal couples should never do because it's, again, unhealthy. It'll ultimately be their downfall.

He attends to support Knock Out, also because he knows he'll get some booty. He does this less and less as they date, but their relationship is designed to end in tragedy.
