Upd: After all I tried to do something with it in photoshop. Looks better, but not so much. And I notice only now, that pink line almost merge with other pink and purple colours... It should be much brighter -> like this

Sailor Phoenix as Cowherd, and Sailor Trifolium as Weaver

Well, it's some experimental piece. I've tried to use gel ink pen for some details, like stars, but in the end it's not so visible in final piece. Also I end up with too much blue and it not look good... Yeah, experiment wasn't successful *sigh* As usual, I've liked line-art a lot, but colored one end up as fail. Tried to fix it in photoshop, but after correction it was looking even worse... So I end up with almost raw scan.
