This is absolutly pretty but just one thing, if this is Princess Serenity's balcony, shouldn't she be looking up at Earth and not the Moon?

Oh wow! Thats so pretty! Her hair and dress look so... flow-y(I don't think thats a word.... o.o)! And the pettles are a nice touch, add a sense of grace to it.... ^__^ Mmm, the only gripe I have is the background(as if I have any room talk, I've drawn about.... one background..?), its doesn't seem like you spent as much time with it as you did with the girl, and the sky needs to be a much darker color, since it is night
