Cosplay character - Lucy.Series - Elfen Lied.
Costume
- The horns were made by me ( check the tutorial in my WIP, Tips & Tutorials folder ).
- The shirt, wig, and shorts were bought.
Model - me.

Location - The basement of the college dorm I live in.
