I prefer the first one. The color scheme fits for an elf (white/silver hair).
On a unserious note, I don't know how stealthy is red. Just rambling about that.

I thought the first color scheme reminded me of a typical fighting game character, lol. The middle one is a bit more traditional and unified in terms of design than the other two...although his hair could definitely be better....
