This is the Snow Fairy. Her job is to bring all the northern parts of the world their yearly dose of winter flurry. She has the power to cast snow through the aid of her Winter Wand. When she flies overhead, she casts a trail of frost, which turns into snow if she stands still for a long enough time. Whenever she's angry or upset, Snow Fairy can cast harsh blizzards and dangerous snow avalanches. But through most of her annual endeavor, especially during The Holidays, Snow Fairy is a sweet, kind, and beautiful creature to behold.
