Nah, don't think his neck's too long - especially with stretchy back-looks, you are allowed a margin. As for the arm foreshortening, maybe make the elbow area bigger since it's close to the viewer? By a smidgeon? Dunno. Though I'll agree with EHB on relaxing the bicep... I fink I read in an anatomy book somewhere that it helps to move your arm into the position... (Beware accidentally tensing the wrong muscles.) I mean, right now his arm is just holding itself up and/or adjusting his ever-so-sexy- Er. I digress. I mean, gravity's pulling it down, so you can feel only your tricep is needed.

Sorry about that. I felt the need to share my very solitary little bit of knowledge. I only do it when a piece is like 9.9/10 and I have to spastically jump in for the 0.1. So well done! It's really great. Faved~

(oh, and re: EHB's comment above: I personally don't see anything at all wrong with his arm. Then again.... I could just be too distracted by his forearm.... I have long thought that Ichigo has some of the lovelier forearms I've ever seen. )

The only thing that made me wonder is the bicep, the one that's shaded.... I think I know what foreshortening is. I think you could fix it if you flattened out the tricep, the muscle on the outside of the arm (facing his back in the picture...it's the right side of his middle muscle, lol). Usually triceps aren't that round/buff, unless you're like a tricep master from the mountains of Brazil, and you spend your free time beating up on the indigenous population. I know a guy who knows a guy... lol

Anyway, this advice is just coming from kung fu visual experience, and seeing lots of buff guys really up close and poking their biceps when I get bored, haha. But no drawing experience. So here goes: Ichigo's arm position is relaxed, but even when a guy's arm is relaxed you can still see how buff he is, but like I said, the bicep is on the inside of the arm, so the tricep area is going to be more planar, I'd imagine. When the guy flexes (even when the arm is in a relaxed postion, the bicep can still flex) the bicep is just going to get slightly bigger, but it's going to stand out a lot more and cast some shadows. I kind of looks like a fat mouse hiding under the flesh. When a guy is relaxed the bicep will just look really smooth, just like a hill.

Ichigo is hot, I love the facework you did here, esp the eyes and mouth, and the sharpness....yes, i love the sharpness, don't quit it! He is truly a beautiful person...

ps I went on a hundred dollar shopping spree to Borders on Sunday! I bought bleach 2 and 3, but have yet to read them. YYYYAAAAYYY

If he's half as good-looking as he is here, I'd have to agree with you ^^. Nice work, I like the shading you've done with it, and the angsty look is fun ^^ His neck looks fine, but you're right, his arm does look a little bulky. I love this though ^^
