here she is! Sailor Vasha, the Sirius senshi of time and guardian of history. Her main power is manipulating time, so she can basically make time run faster or slower, but never stopping it. Vasha, unlike Pluto, can't travel back or forward in time, but she uses her knowledge of history for strategies.
